I am an avid cook, and have been getting Fine Cooking magazine for a few years, and love their recipes. In the Feb./Mar. issue, they started a "cook the entire issue" challenge. Well, I took on that challenge and have been trying to cook my my through pureed soups, carrot cakes, and red cooked tofu. Contestants have until March 5th to cook all of the dishes, photograph them, and write about it in a blog on their website. The winner gets a $200 shopping spree on the Fine Cooking website for cooking merchandise. It is a lot of work, but I'm in it for the glory of winning.
